Please choose the NAME-IT creative naming development package that fits your intended geographic trade area. We will call you to discuss your order and interview you. No charges will be made until we discuss your order with you.

Each of your creative naming installments are subject to feedback from you before the next group of names is delivered, to refine our search criteria from our NAME-IT Library. TradeMark Express must be used for 3-step:

1) Comprehensive Federal and State Trademark research,
2) Comprehensive Common Law research, and
3) Federal or State Trademark application preparation.

Our TradeMark Express package price for comprehensively researching and preparing your State or Federal trademark application is $500. Urgent Trademark is $775. Urgent Trademark is recommended for National orders because competition for name legal availability is tougher.

Your State trademark or USPTO $275 application fee is additional, to be paid at the time of filing directly to the USPTO. You will be charged for your TradeMark Express or Urgent Trademark fee with your NAME-IT order. We will call you to review all charges.
